Hands-On Multimedia Training for Future Industry Leaders

KÂÜÀòÉç2 equips students with practical skills for careers in digital audio, television/video, and multimedia industries. Through a student-centered, immersive training lab, undergraduate and graduate students develop expertise in writing, analytical thinking, oral communication, and technological innovation. With hands-on experience in multimodal platforms, KÂÜÀòÉç2 prepares students to excel in a technology-driven society as engaged citizens and innovative leaders in media and communication.

KÂÜÀòÉç2 Engagement

Advancing Multimedia Innovation & Student Media Education

In fall 2019, ÂÜÀòÉç’s School of Communication (SOC) expanded KÂÜÀòÉç2 into a cutting-edge multimedia operation, integrating digital video production and simulcasting capabilities. SOC’s newly renovated wing in the MLK building will serve as an innovation hub for audio, video, and internet programming, providing students with hands-on experience in news, sports, entertainment, music, public affairs, education, and cultural programming.

This initiative aligns with the University’s top priorities, including student success, progressive curriculum development, transformative educational experiences, strategic partnerships, and transparent financial resource management. By fostering innovative learning and real-world media production, KÂÜÀòÉç2 ensures students are prepared to excel in the evolving communication landscape.
